Avoid like cancer absolutely shocking service and communication I've got a ill child here booked for 2am to be told its gonna be near to 2.50 when i rang at 2.10 am told that ive never booked with them before so new customers might aswell roll a dice

Almost ran over when cycling along road in Hebburn by a grey Skoda Octavia Express Taxi. Called the taxi office to ask to speak to the driver to see if he had seen me (he pulled straight out from a junction heading straight toward me and I think he only noticed me when I started screaming). Was promised a call back but heard nothing. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat people.

Gary James Miller I am that driver who said you could have not have rockstar I do not let anybody with open food or liquids in my car as I do not want it spilt all over my interior if I have to do an emergency stop or incase they spill it by accident . That is most taxi drivers policy tbf

I've just phoned for a taxi from brockley whins metro to boldon colliery. The phone operator said the taxi is on its way. I then stated that I was at pelaw metro with 5 mins to wait for the metro. He said "ok no bother". When I get to brockley whins there is no taxi and when I phone back they say "yeah the taxi said nobody was there, I booked him for 5 mins after the phone call". If I'm at pelaw with 5 mins to wait how do you think I will be at brockley whins in 5 mins? Absolute nugget! Always use express but never again

I'd rate 0 star if i could. Got asked to either drink or leave a whole can of rockstar even though I'm diabetic. Driver said we cant hold it but he can I don't understand the difference of him holding it and me.
